Pamper party – Our Terms
How do I book a pamper party or hen party?
When you have decided that you would like to use Preen Parties Bath for your pamper party simply contact us by filling in the party enquiry form. Tell us what treatments you would like and leave your email address or phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we can when we will take the venue address as well as any other details we may need.
When do I pay?
We ask for a 10% deposit upon booking. The balance is then due at least 72 hours before your party. We will send you an invoice 5 days before your party. The deposit is non-refundable.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment via cheque (providing it is received within 7 days of your party)
We also accept credit card payments or you can pay via a Paypal account. Again, we will invoice you 5 days before your party asking for the balance. You can then follow the link on the invoice and pay securely with your card or use your existing Paypal account.
What if my party is only booked a few days in advance?
We will ask for full payment if your party is booked less than 7 days in advance. Should you cancel your party a 10% deposit will be deducted from the total cost.
What if I need to cancel the party?
If for any reason you need to cancel please let us know at least 48 hours before the party. Please note: 10% of the money paid is a non-refundable deposit.
What If one of my party can’t make it?
Unfortunately we are unable to reimburse you or alter your invoice if one of your party doesn’t attend your event.
